It’s time to take back our POWER

It’s time to take back our POWER

Find out how Deanna did it after years of being silenced

At the age of thirty-eight, I became aware that I had been verbally and energetically silenced my entire childhood.

As a child, when I spoke my Truth (expressed myself), if it was opposite of most adults’ beliefs or conditioning, I would be punished, ignored and/or dismissed.

Imagine what it’s like for a child who is never heard. Ever.

I had developed a fear of expressing myself and therefore, I kept silent.

How I was treated became a detriment to my own growth and personal development.

Once I realized this deep, dark truth within my being, I knew I had to do something about it.

I began the process of discovering who I was, a perfect, divine child of God.

I began working on it with a therapist.

I read many Self help books like “A Return to Love” by Marianne Willimson, “Your Word is Your Wand” and “The Power of the Spoken Word” by Florence Scovel Shinn, “The Law of Attraction” by Esther and Abraham Hicks, “Death and Dying” by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross and many, many more.

I learned and practiced yoga. Authentic Yoga, the body mind, spirit, alignment yoga. Not the fitness yoga we see everywhere now.

I began journaling.

I practiced EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique.

I began cleaning my diet.

I started seeing an acupuncturist and chiropractor regularly.

And so much more.

As I turned my focus inward I noticed I was speaking up more.

I had started listening to my inner voice. And I loved what I heard.

It has been a journey, a challenging one, but I felt the transcendence the moment I decided to take this path.

And everything I did to help myself prepared me to not only own my own power, it gave me the strength to face the most painful loss that a parent experiences in their lifetime:

The non-physical transcendence of my daughter Chelsea. (AKA Death)

We are the captains of our own ship, and it’s time to reconnect to our
God given birthright of becoming all we are with the powers of Love and Compassion. Beginning with Self.

That is why it is so important to connect with our heart center at the beginning of the day.

And I do this by beginning my day with the practice of going within and Meditating.

For me, the TIM Makeup Ritual is a priority.

Everyday, I leave my house and start my day feeling connected and empowered.

I did it, and I know you can too. It’s simple: connect with yourself at the beginning, end, and throughout the day.

I invite you to share your stories of how you connect with your real self. Your heart-center.

“We are a human being with a physical body that houses our hearts and anchors our souls to learn, love and evolve as we journey through our lives.”

Chelsea is still herself in her full glory and non-physical presence.
And because I connect with my spirit every day,
I feel Chelsea’s spirit everywhere I am.

The Angel who pointed out the error in the portrait painting of my Dad

It was August 17, 1992, just three months after my Dad’s transition into non-physical. (AKA - death) and the day before my Mom’s birthday. The portrait I had painted of my Dad was framed and ready to present to my Mom at a luncheon I was hosting for her and her two best friends the following day. The day of her birthday.

Learning to love myself unconditionally

Presenting myself well in public was a habit ingrained in me from childhood, from the moment I began dressing myself. My Dad would lecture my four siblings and me about the importance of personal appearance.

An artist’s perspective on the Magic of TIM

The point at which I realized that we as humans see our own faces in one dimension was a pivotal moment in my awareness. Think about that. We see each other in three dimensions. And we see our own faces in one dimension only. And both of these perceptions are wrought in conditions that can be unfavorable.
